The Interview takes roughly three rounds with recruiter phone screen, HR rep, and finally a a member of the engineering team you would work under.
Very simple, coding awareness based questions. Very conversational, although they take well to you using relevant technology vocabulary and ideas. It helps if you can work in the fact that you’ve worked on CMS or some form of boilerplate project.
They are vague about actual work but you will need to know php/lamp stack going in. They have minimal staff and you will mostly be working on their customer projects unsupervised.
Dress to impress. Wear a friendly face past the 1st virtual interview, and be cogent and knowledgeable. You should get the job if you got thus far.
