I applied online. I interviewed at Milwaukee Public Museum (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
Phone screening from HR, took about five minutes. Scheduled for an in-person interview with HR rep and a couple heads of departments. Was scheduled for an additional interview, one of the top two applicants, and had to do a "skills test" editing a few paragraphs of copy, fill out background check paperwork, and interview with a couple people from the marketing/editing departments, including a current employee who was a fellow applicant for the same position.

Interview
The interview and hiring process was pretty show. From the time I submitted my resume to the time I was called for an interview was about 2 weeks. The actual interview was pretty short, involving both the director of my department and a representative from human resources. After that, I didn't hear back for almost 3 weeks. I called human resources for an update thinking I must not have gotten the job, turns out the director went on vacation at that time. I was offered the position and took it.

Question 1
They asked how I felt about the presentation (projection is concerned with how the picture looks). They were also concerned about my attendance at my past jobs, as this place had a problem with call-ins'.
