I had an interview about two weeks after submitting my application. Interview was very comfortable and casual. The manager was friendly and professional. It took about 8 days to hear back.

Interview
phone screen by HR and hiring manager followed by onsite interview with fellow supervisors. Interview conducted for an hour in a group setting. Behavioral based questions asked. Ended interview with my questions about company culture and integration with Merck.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MilliporeSigma in Feb 2016
Interview
Phone screening followed by a panel interview. A total of four people conducted the interview. Background check was also required and a physical and fit test for a respirator. The process was very similar to the processes at other companies for supervisor positions.
