Interview
The interview process was ok, however they missed to show or include the office amenities. This step is important as the office has very poor conditions and the candidates really don't know what it's like working there.
To be precise, there is no window and poor ventilation in the office.

Interview
The interview process could have been more respectful and considerate towards interviewee, be it schedule/time and negotiation period - felt rushed due to their need to fill the position, and not because they genuinely felt that you're the best fit for the role.

Interview
I sat down with the Operations manager for the interview in the Hotel dining room. He was really nice, had my resume printed out and a questions sheet. The question range from why are you interested in this job to recall specific challenges I’ve dealt with, difficult guests to describing a day working under pressure.
