Multiple rounds, nice people all virtual. Responsive recruiters. Don’t know much about the company culture aside from what they said but can’t fault them in the interview process, mostly seem to care about culture fit rather than technical knowledge.

The purpose of the interview is to see if you want and are suitable to be a trader. Prepare for behavioral questions from your resume and reasons you want to be a trader.
