I met one of the recruiters in a CG conference, kept in touch with him, and one day he told me he wanted me to come in for an interview.
The interviewers were very nice and the atmosphere during the interview was very relaxed.
They asked about my favorite projects, and I think they usually do during interview process, so make sure you have a good one in mind. I just finished a project for a competition at that time, so I described that project to the interviewers.
They asked a few follow up questions, some are trickier than the others. If they ask whether you did something in your project, which sounds like a great idea but you didn't do for that particular project, just be honest and say that you didn't thought about it at the time, but will do it the next time you encounter the same situation.
Be prepared and stay honest. That's my suggestion.
