I applied for a higher position which aligned with my qualifications. I then did a video interview where I was asked a few basic IT questions and some personal questions. I later received an email back from a recruiter asking if I was interested in a lower internship position. Almost a day later I got a response saying they were not moving forward. It was a little annoying to be told I wasn't qualified for a position that I exactly have done/do and am qualified for and then turn around and deny me anyways for a lower position.
