They kept the interview short and to the point. Met with the managing broker one day and the owner almost a week later. I had to press on a date and time to meet with the owner after I received word that they wanted me to come in for the second interview. They are very busy and things are a bit unorganized.

The interview was very short. I had to fill out a simple questionnaire asking where I stood in the real estate field. After the questionnaire sheet was filled, Marilee asked me a few questions in regards to my real estate experiences and described the day to day operations.

Very poorly administered questionnaire. Very poor explanation of benefits and pay structure. Very poor management! Didn't explain the processes of working or showing. Didn't have the proper insurance, and wouldn't cover any expenses.
