First round/phone interview and then second round in -person onsite one to one for both interviews/not a panel. First phone interview went well but then second interview did not go well They keep sending me job listings but then turning me down immediately so I told them to please stop spamming me because obviously I'm not young enough for their tastes to hire In my opinion they were very obvious about not hiring me due to my age, which is actually fine since their hourly pay is horribly low as in barely over 30/hour and required saturdays / eight hour shifts

This interview process was amazing. The recruiter was beyond nice and was so knowledgeable about the company over Zoom. When I went to the faculty the manager was awesome and made the interview process comfortable.
