I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Milan Institute (Visalia, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
First you talk with the Director and Supervisor if they are interested they have you do a haircut demonstration as if you were teaching a class, then you take a test on stateboard questions.
interviewed with head of education. pretty basic interview process. average questions asked. nothing too hard to handle. sounded like they needed to get rid of someone. pay seemed a little low
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milan Institute in May 2013
Interview
Process was simple, interviewers were professional and personable, questions were all industry related. Two interviews were required: the first was more of a meet and greet and lots of getting to know you as a person type questions. The second interview: included a presentation and demonstration of the material you would be teaching. Overall experience was very pleasant.
