Fast and easy...had to do a practice estimate on a vehicle by basically taking pictures of a car that was already their from an accident but hadnt been fixed yet

How long have you been in the field. Where are you from? What are your hobbies and interests. They didn't really ask much about my previous jobs in detail. The interview was very easy

Interview
Short over the phone interview, asked to come in for an office interview. After background and driving record check was given an offer and sent for an offsite drug test. After results of the urinalysis were conclusive I received another phone call and was given a start date. Process was fast and easy.
