Interview
This company has a direct application on their website but does most of their scouting through recruiters/headhunters. I went through the latter. After an initial interview through the recruiter, the company contacted them a week later to schedule an interview. Follow up was almost 2 weeks later. Hires contract through recruitment agency then full time direct.

Question 1
The interview required a test, 2 in fact. 1 - 30 minute autoCAD test applying drawing corrections and the second a 4 question basic knowledge design test, including an area of steel calculation for a loaded concrete beam. .
