It was straightforward, there were three people interviewing me and each took turns asking questions. Each person asked a different type of questions: experience, education, and future goals. The interview took about sixty minutes and notified me within a week later.

I had a phone interview, and I was very pleased with the connection I made with my interviewer! She was very polite, patient with my answers. She was also very informative about the questions I had about the organization and the work culture at MidPen Housing.

Interview
Consisted of 2 phone interviews and a face to face interview. Interviews basically covered previously asked questions and were not too difficult to answer. Face to face consisted of being interviewed by interviewers.
