Mid Day interview questions

3 round of interview, 1 st round competency test, 2nd HR discussion, 3rd interview with CEO. Interview conducted in satisfactory manner. Limited candidate filtered for interview. complex hierarchy keeping in mind recent acquisition. unprofessional approach in terms of interview scheduling & process.

It was my first interview and it was good. It consisted of HR round, and then with the finance head. HR round consisted of normal HR questions. CFO was more concerned with the reporting formats. They wanted to know how I would face the tight deadlines.
