Was told immediately by the first interviewer that ill be heading for a second interview the same day. Waited for almost 5 hours before being told to go home without an email or call back for the results or a second interview. Disappointed with the poor planning and arrangement.

Must be well-prepared! I would say most of them are general questions (including the technical parts). it is all about patient and time, bcoz their hiring process is really damn long... One month plus after the 2nd interview and received email stating hiring still being processed. No official letter received yet. Will wait and see..
