The interview was one round and the focused equally on software and electronics skills. Don't get nervous during the process. The interview happened for 45 minutes. They asked 2 coding questions and follow up on that. They focused on MOS concepts in electronics side.

It was very good and he was just going through my college projects and he went deep into my projects and he started asking basics of device physics and all about the role and very good technical questions

Interview
At first they asked me to solve a programming problem. After I passed that test, they asked me for phone screening. Later there were four final round interviews. The interviews were quite easy.

Asked me about my research background and some basics about FinFET e.g., why leakage is less in FinFET. What are the pros and cons of using FinFET like self heating effect is one problem for FinFET. Asked me something about Machine learning also
It was good. Asked about basics of logic circuits, Programming, ASIC Design, puzzle questions and IC fabrication and questions related to my project, and subjects from my masters. Overall it was a good experience.
