I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Manassas, VA) in Sep 2010
Interview
Initially got through university job fairs, where interview was quite long ~45 mins, but mostly on behavioral questions. If you have an MS degree, then they mostly stick to questions related to your coursework or thesis work. This round was quit easy to clear.
I think they were mostly looking to see if you are flexible and easy to work with. Key point.

Applied online through LinkedIn and was soon shortlisted for a logic and aptitude test. After passing that, I had an online Microsoft Teams interview with two engineering team leads. The conversation was mostly straightforward, focusing on my resume details, past projects, and why I wanted to join the company.
