Wow! exciting interview they kept me on my toes!.. group interview, video-interview, visited the headquarters in Costa Rica....and the facilities there are amazing, the people there all of them spoke English. They executed an interviewing tactic called: Topgrading and it was tough but entertaining... I got hire so I did it right !.

started from high school experiences, high school interest, teams, best friends then college: mentors, adversities, good bad and ugly...and then work: co-workers, projects, expertise, supervisors....the covered absolutely everything: we started a trust relations in about 4 hours of interaction. It was intense.
