I recently had a 1 hour online interview with MicroObjects for a PHP team lead position. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the interview process and the lack of follow-up from the company. During the interview, I found that the questions asked were traditional and outdated, and did not accurately assess my skills or experience. I was hoping for more challenging and relevant questions that would give me the opportunity to showcase my knowledge and expertise. They interviewed me like a fresher as i am a 10 year experienced candidate . some body was insulting me in that interview . overall waste of time
