They ask standard interview questions, then take you to a "training" room where you take two tests on a computer. One is an ethics test; it's obvious what the right answers are so just answer like there's a cop standing over your shoulder. The other is a logic/reasoning/math test. If you have any level of education the questions are easy. They're supposed to give you a pencil and paper so you can work problems out but they don't, so just guess for some of the math questions.
