Interview
Phone screening then in-person. Split into two halves for on site interview portion: HR then hiring manager/team. Common behavioral questions mixed with technical job-related questions so they can gauge work style and effectiveness. Longer on-site interview but not too difficult.

Interesting interview process. Did a 15 minute online interview, followed by a phone interview, then a final interview at their headquarters in Greenville, SC. Great culture and HR team. I enjoyed getting to meet them, but I ultimately chose a position closer to home.
