Very positive experience. Recruiter was friendly and genuine. She seemed enthusiastic about her job and the company. She asked: the size and volume of my current store, our target customer, what our projected sales for 2009 were and where we were at year end. She asked our max staffing levels, what types of growth and developement we had in place for our staff. She asked what my staff would say about me as a manager. Seemed to be a very straight forward and standard telephone screening interview. I will be meeting with the district manager.
