I interviewed in person there wasn’t very many questions and they were mostly getting to know me and previous experiences it was a super easy interview that also didn’t last very long

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Michaels (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was over all easy and fast.
I applied online got a call 2 days after applying for an interview the following week. The interview was awesome I interviewed with the store manager and the replenishment manager they were both very nice. The questions were easy normal questions we mostly talked about the job and what I would be doing if I got the job
I got a call the the next day in the afternoon saying I got the job.
It was simple and comfortable. I felt like I could open up and get a good amount of information regarding the position and benefits. The process went by fast and the company communicated well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Michaels (New York, NY)
Interview
Fairly simple process. Interviewed with the assistant manager then with the Manager. Basic questions about work history and experience . Also asked about scheduling availability and willingness to work nights and or weekends.
