Fairly straightforward, had a simple test.
A lot of focus on cultural fit and personality.
Had 3 rounds, one with HR, one a panel interview and then a final with department head

Interview
1st interview is through HR, then 2nd is with hiring manager + team member. both in teams. questions asked are more on situational and work background. hr interview took an hour and delved more on background experience and skillset. 2nd interview is 30minutes, asked questions on how to handle stakeholders and contribution to a company
