Interview
The interview process is long, I got first 3 rounds of interviews: first with the team leaders and then with the team (2 interviews / each with 3 people). They asked about my education, goals, and coding/modelling skill and habits that I have.
I then got asked to present a project I was working on to 20+ people to finally get told that they were reassessing the company's needs

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetrumRG (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2022
Interview
This company GHOSTED me after doing a short take-home project and an interview with the hiring manager.
The recruiter reached out to me asking me to complete a short take-home task and I was then invited to speak with the hiring manager. I got the feeling I was not the right fit for the job based on the job responsibilities the hiring manager described.
I have not heard back, which I will take as a rejection and I understand because this was not a good fit.
However, out of respect for the time I used to interview with them, I would have loved to receive some kind of communication after my interview.
