The second interview is more comprehensive, lasting around 45 minutes, and includes technical questions, behavioral assessments, and discussions about the candidate’s experience.

They were rushed and not respectful. There is a lot of paperwork required beforehand. I misunderstood a question and they laughed. Would not recommend. I’m grateful this didn’t work out.
