They start off with a quick phone interview, then have you meet in person at the office. You go in and fill out a paper application and you are asked a couple questions and told to fill out background check paperwork. You also get sent for a drug test.

I went in sat down with the manager who was my friend. It was already established that I would be working there I just needed to have the interview as a formality and to take a drug test and do a background check
