Great process, very easy going and informative. Easy to ask questions. I already felt as though I was speaking to co-workers. I loved the idea of an initial interview, it prepared me for the others.

Started with a phone interview with the recruiter,
Next was a phone call with the manager.
3rd round was a teams meeting with the VP of sales.
The final round was a in person sales call with a customer.

Interview
It started out well, the interviewer asked me about my work history, sales style, did a deep dive into my experience. It all became very strange when I asked for transparency about potential pay! We had gone over the role already and I was asking final questions about what the pay could be. The interviewer seemed to get very uptight and for some reason was avoiding giving honest answers. Had no data to back any of the sales info that I was asking about, and began asking me about KPI's in a previous role to change the subject...
