Just plain unprofessional. The interviewer seemed to focus more on making passive aggressive remarks on my appearance (apparently button down is not a good attire any longer for interviews) rather than to find out if I really had the skills to perform the job, which I found quite unpleasant considering this is a company who proudly list inclusivity as one of their values.
