Interview
The Interview was conducted by an engineer who entered the company through the same program and consisted of a short question and answers section about personal information and technical expertise and then transitioned into a live c++ coding session over an internet service that gave syntax highlighting (CodeInterview). It was under an hour and the response was received within 2 weeks of it.
