1st Round virtual, Superday in person in Northern NJ. Entire process took roughly 6 weeks, very kind people and very well organized process. Offer positions in both there NJ headquarters as well as Philadelphia for their investment management teams.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MetLife (Whippany, NJ)
Interview
I had a phone interview and a super-day. The super-day was 8 30 minute interviews (1-on-1), almost all behavioral questions. We were interviewing for positions within 4 different groups. After the interview we had to rank the groups 1-3 for our preferences.
