I had 1 phone screen and 3 in person interviews. Obviously, a fair time commitment.
I was 1 of 2 finalists.
Unfortunately they selected the other person.
Metlife did not have the courtesy to even let me know.
No phone call, no email.
After following up several times, they told me that the role was filled earlier, no apology for not letting me know.
Don't waste your time applying for Metlife.
Horrible candidate experience.
Obviously, poor company culture.
