Interview
Pretty basic stuff, they will hire you if you are on father's sponsorship. Don't need a lot of qualifications to be honest. Just need seat fillers, HR is not really concerned which is why the turnover is too high here.
It was a smooth process. First it was a Phone screening then if you move on you get a teams interview with a director or VP of whatever department your applying for

Star questions as well as proficiency in Microsoft office and to rate it.
Behavioral, very standard. That was it, asked me some very light conceptual questions but nothing insane. They asked stuff like “how would you learn a new language” and “how do you work in a team”.

full day of interviews. Started talking with an actuary, then met with younger assoiciates, and someone in the investment department. By the end of the day I was ready to leave and never come back.
