Be aware - they will ask you everything 'outside' of your resume or the JD, which is way above the role you're applying for. They are actually looking for someone who has qualifications for a Director role — with hands-on Data and AI Governance. But the JD is made for a new college graduate, starting with a 3-month rolling contract.
They are looking for a non-existent unicorn — someone with native Japanese language skills & 'hands-on' experience that helps deploy Data and AI Governance onto the existing system that they won't tell you what they are, but expect you to know.
The hiring manager can even yell at you in a closed room, where the door is tightly closed (1-on-1).
Do not make noises, even by sorting the papers you bring to the interview. The interviewer will get annoyed by that.
