      Customer Success Specialist Interview

      Aug 30, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Merus

      Interview

First there was a phone call with the manager (person who would be managing me). This was fairly quick and more informational. Next was a Zoom call with the manager's manager. This was much more in-depth. A variety of questions were asked, including "if you could be any type of pizza what would you be?" And lots of questions to just gauge someone's personality/culture fit, as well as practical questions like how you'd solve certain types of problems. Next was a very short phone call with another more technical member of the team. Questions were asked like, "If you had a large spreadsheet and needed to quickly find certain information on it, what would you do?" Last, there was a brief call with the CEO and I loved this. She was super friendly and it really showed she cared. After that I received an offer letter.
