Merrillville Community School interview questions

I only had one interview with an administrator where he asked me general questions as to why I wanted to come work for them. He was very nice, calm, and understanding.

The interview can be quite intimidating because most people on the interviewing committee are educated. The types of people on the committee are very diverse so you may get a question from any angle. You must be able to think on your feet because education is a very broad but important role. You cannot define it and you must be a person who is not afraid of change. You must know the AS400 system as well as the new Skyward program.
