first we walked through CV, past experience. they dig in details. and they will give you a case study. more like industry analysis. you have 5 min to prepare. and you have 3-5 min to present.

They called me and asked questions about my experiences and qualifications. Nothing too technical or complicated. And it was only one round of phone interviews. I don't think they need people with a lot of experience. Just those who can do the basic routine work.
