It's a horrifying experience. The whole process took 1.5 months. After 2 rounds of online tests, an extensive assignment, and 2 rounds of interview, they rejected giving silly reason.
They judge a experienced people based on his Jee Rank rather than his current Workplace or his Current resume. Why don't you open a college and admit students on basis of Jee Ranks?
