      Case Planner Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at MercyFirst in Jun 2026

      Interview

I called to possibly reschedule my second interview as something important had come up. I asked if we could reschedule/work together to find another day. Whether its the day before or the next day. And of course apologized for the inconvenience. He immediately responded with “we cant keep pushing it back” and that they were “actively hiring”. This was the first time I requested a change. His tone felt dismissive and when I apologized and said I would try to make Wednesday work, he ended the call by hanging up without saying goodbye or any closing. Or any response at all. This interaction alone made me question how staff are treated and how communication is handled at this organization.
