If you have good discernment, don’t do this interview. I had an immediate bad feeling after completing the interview. The questions were all faith based, and had nothing to do with actually completing a job. They asked extremely personal questions, then sent a simple rejection email the next week. I think this probably says a lot about how they run their ministry. Please do some research on this company and what they were previously called, Mercy Ministries, and make sure their practices and beliefs align with what you believe the love of Christ to be.
