Interview
1. 15 minute phone screen with recruiter followed by a 30 minute phone screen with a leader from the Quality department.
2. Brought in for a series of six 30-minute one on one interviews with leaders from other job functions.
3. Final interviews included a skype meeting with the GM and a telecom with the corporate Quality leader.

Questions varied based on the function of the interviewer. For example, Quality was interested in specific quality experience related to the defense industry. HR assessed inclusiveness and employee engagement. Etc.
