Interview
4 stages, including a presentation to a panel in person with rigorous dual interview afterwards. Not even a call back after the ongoing 4 step process. Salary for 8 years of lab experience with a masters degree was 43,000 euros. This was in 2022.
45 min presentation + 2.5 hour group interview (5 * 0.5h). There was a lot of discussion after the presentation and some follow-up questions during the group interview. Normal BQ questions during the group interviews. BQ questions are the keys to being hired.

Four months long and never a decision given to me. Four interviews. Multiple people involved. One presentation given and physical visit 3 hours long. Time-consuming and disrespectful to not even get an email from HR after four rounds. I don’t think I would have made it so many rounds if I was not a serious candidate.
