First round was an interview with 3 members of the team and was behavioral + experimental (not technical). Gave you a sheet asking you to rank your interest - choose the ones the position fits best.

Three people in Merck chem E department interviewed me. Went through basic yes, no questions first. Then lots of behavioral questions. They read questions to me and take notes without much reaction to the answer. Very formal and serious.
