Interview
Get a call from agency and arrange interview the day after. Interview with 4 employees (1:1 each time) which lasts about 3 hours. There was also a tour in the lab when done with interview. Everyone is extremely nice.

Question 1
Questions are all based on resume (based on me, most research experience) and general interview questions (how do you view yourself in short, mid, long term? how's your time manage skill? etc)
