I applied online in October and they called me to set up an interview in the beginning of December. It was a short 30 minute phone interview. It was very informal and relaxed. I got to hear more about the company and then was asked questions. I had the interview on a Friday and got a call Monday with an offer. Fastest turn around I've ever had for an interview process.
