Was contacted through an agency about the role. I attended the recruitment day with a number of other candidates where we had to complete a number of team based exercises. This was followed by a brief practical assessment where they observed our titration and pipette skills to see how close to GMP they were. This was then followed by a brief 1 to 1 interview.
