The interview process was kind of lengthy. I had to attend two face to face interviews and two phone interviews. A drug screening followed. It took about two weeks for an answer. You have to be well- rounded in warehouse operations for this position. The applicant is asked to also sort parts to send to different areas of the warehouse for evaluation.
