The application process was similar to most companies; I got through to the assessment centre before being rejected. The assessment centre consisted of 3 main exercises: a group task, an individual (presentation) task and an interview. It was fairly well organised and ran pretty much on time, from what I remember. It took quite a while to hear anything back in comparison with most other companies; aside from that, the overall experience was good.
