I applied in-person. I interviewed at Mentoring and Behavioral Services (Columbus, GA) in Jan 2013
Interview
They look for people who are low income with little to no experience so they can pay them low wages. Questions will be asked about experience and time flexibility. Pay is discussed as well. They will explain the insurance process that the company goes by to insure each child is billed for services. This is how you are paid.

They will ask about experience and tell you what to expect from the job. They stress the importance of furthering education but do not take into consideration the cost of education as well as the time it takes away from families to get the education they want you to get.
