The interview process was both professional and easygoing. The supervisor asked a lot of questions about my music business and entertainment industry knowledge. I was also asked what degree I was going for and what courses I was taking which might be applicable to the internship knowledge requirements.

It was quick and pretty casual, easy and polite. More like a conversation than a formal interview and was pretty relaxed for an interview. Probably because they have so many interns

Interview
I sent in my resume and cover letter to an email provided to me through my University, and I heard back within a few days to set up an interview with one of the employees. The interview was pretty straightforward, and was nothing too intense or difficult. After the interview, which lasted about a half hour, I heard back within a week.
